            Your Polk County Hub, Inc. d/b/a Winter Haven Charity Challenge (“WHCC,” “we,” “us” or “our”) respects your privacy as a visitor to our Winter Haven Charity Challenge website and our social networking service pages (collectively, the “Site”). It is important for you to understand what information we collect about you during your visit and what we do with that information. Your visit to the Site and your Registration is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Agreement and Liability Waiver and/or our Non-Profit Terms and Conditions, as applicable. 


  1. Information Collection and Use. WHCC will not use information provided through your use of the Site except as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
  1. Active Data Collection. Like many other web sites, we actively collect information from our visitors both by asking specific questions on the Site and by permitting you to communicate directly with us via e-mail. Some of the information that you submit may be personally identifiable (that is, information that can be uniquely identified with you, such as your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, etc.). We use this information to send you further information regarding WHCC.

  1. Log Files. We may use IP addresses to analyze usage, administer our Site, and gather demographic information for aggregate use.
  1. Third Parties. We may retain other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include data analysis firms and web hosting companies. Such third parties may be provided with the information described above. Some aspects of the Site include the opportunity for third party and user comments and interaction (“User Content”). WHCC is not responsible for any User Content whatsoever, posted by Registrants, Non-Profits, or third parties whomsoever.

            WHCC reserves the right to delete from the Site any User Content, postings or member names and will cooperate fully with any law enforcement officials and/or agencies in any investigation, up to and including complete and immediate termination of your registration and/or accounts with WHCC. You acknowledge that WHCC may or may not pre-screen User Content, but that WHCC and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, or remove any User Content that is available via the Site. Without limiting the foregoing, WHCC and its designees shall have the right to remove any User Content that violates this Privacy Policy, our Agreement and Liability Waiver, and/or our Non-Profits Terms and Conditions, as applicable, or is otherwise objectionable, as determined in their sole discretion. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any User Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such User Content. In this regard, you acknowledge that you may not rely on any User Content created by WHCC or submitted to WHCC, including without limitation information in WHCC’s message boards and in all other parts of the Site.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the information we collect on the Site. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of other websites you link to from the Site or otherwise visit.
  1. What WHCC Does About Children Visiting The Site. The Site is not intended for children under the age of 13. We will not knowingly collect information from Site visitors in this age group.
